Fancy hotel with everything spotlessly clean throughout and a great location in the middle of the city. Location next to restaurant and a liquor store. 5 minutes' walk to Centennial Centre Recreation Center.

Very good experience there. Generous and excellent breakfast choice with toast, hot items plus pastries. Good service, outstandingly accommodating staff during stay.

It was well-appointed, fantastic and for the kids to use. Booked the hotel for its marvellous and unbeatable location short walk to restaurant and the outskirts of the town.

Location: the hotel was really close to restaurant and the outskirts of the town in an area with several other lodging establishments. There were fairly quiet & amazing rooms with jacuzzi, jet tub plus large TV. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges were a nice touch;))

The room is fairly quiet and clean and with a work desk, a multi-channel television and a seating area. I have not had such an exceptionally comfortable bed at any other accommodation.

The staff were accommodating lot of time. We had the double room and it was wonderful with a queen bed.

The service was good in my opinion. Had a nicely furnished and well-appointed room with with a queen bed, large TV, for example for my comfort.

I had a really good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail, like the crisp and clean towels and the argan oil toiletries. The hotel also had basic amenities, including Telus Optik, which was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, being close to downtown but still in a quiet area. The breakfast was also a great add-on, with plenty of options to choose from.

All was great, nothing to improve.

This hotel in the Lakeland area exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the prices were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the beautifully decorated Christmas atmosphere to the well-appointed rooms with amenities such as a large TV, fridge, microwave. Additionally, the staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service and going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay. I especially appreciated the selection of food offered in the morning breakfast.
